The wheel carries the artifact's real SHA-256, fetched from the published sidecar - typed by no one. Verify it; do not trust this page.

the gate / format specimen

It won't write a byte until you type this.

Format specimen, not an input. A wrong character is refused; only the exact disk number and serial - typed by you - unlocks the real gate, in the installer, on your machine.

WRITEnever without the exact disk + serial you type - wrong serial, wrong bus, boot disk: refused.

REBOOTnever restarts the machine - it prepares and asks; you perform it.

FIRMWAREboot order, BCD, Secure Boot, BitLocker: read-only.

NETWORKno auto-update, no telemetry. The download is the whole program.

Unsigned. Unhidden. No EXE, no signing certificate yet - SmartScreen will warn you, and it should. In exchange the installer is plain text: read every script before you run it.
