Unsigned. Unhidden. No EXE, no signing certificate yet - SmartScreen will warn you, and it should. The launcher extracts the inspectable bundle, starts the guided scripts, and includes Migration Pack v0.

Windows 10 / 11 · PowerShell · a USB stick you are willing to erase. Open the downloaded file to start the guided installer. Migration Pack v0 carries selected files, bookmarks, app inventory, settings, Wi-Fi profile names, Bluetooth inventory, and safe dev config. A ZIP fallback is published next to it for inspection and manual extraction.

It won't write a byte until you type this.

Format specimen, not an input. A wrong character is refused; only the exact disk number and serial - typed by you - unlocks the real gate, in the installer, on your machine. The full procedure ↗
